ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE SUITES AT RIALTO PLACE

What is included in my base rental?
Office suite
Receptionist (answers your phone(s) and greets your clients, customers)
~ during office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday
Scheduled use of any of our 2 conference rooms or furnished day office (8 hours per month included at no charge)
Free parking
24-hour access to suite and office (magnetic card for "after hours" access) Daily "full-service" janitorial cleaning
All utilities except telephone (Airconditioning/heating hours are 7:00am to 6:00pm)
One "building standard" door sign and directory strip (minimum 6 month lease)

Are there any additional charges?

$35 00 per month for 1 telephone instrument and 1-2 telephone lines
(+ $20 for each additional phone instrument)
$10.00 per month optional for voice mail service (w/paging capability)
Furniture rental is available (rates vary)

What are my "move-in" charges?

Security Deposit (equal to one (1) month's rent)
First Month's Rent (plus applicable Florida State Sales Tax)
Telephone Installation Fee ($88.00 for 1 line + $35.00 for each additional line)
You are responsible for the Southern Bell connection fee
(and you are responsible for scheduling the connection)

Can I bring in my own office equipment?

Yes, you can bring in your own computer, fax, etc. However, we do not allow copiers in individual offices.
